Yesterday, we reported on the drama happening between owners and investors of the Upper West Side bar Wine and Roses (Columbus between 73rd and 74th).  Now, the New York Post reports that the owners received a victory in court on Wednesday when a judge ordered in favor of them over the investors.  The battle between owners Jennifer Klein, a former Jordache Jeans model, and four of their investors, including romance novel model Cindy Guyer, has been looming for some time, with investors claiming the owners have been pocketing Wine and Roses profits and the owners claiming one investor sexually harassed Jennifer Klein, another brings friends to the bar seeking drugs, and that the investors have been holding meetings behind her back.  The fight came to a head on Monday, when the investors changed the locks on the bar’s door and had the Kleins forcibly removed from the premises.  On Wednesday, Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Milton Tingling signed the order returning the Kleins to power, prompting bar regulars to celebrate.  The order is only temporary, with a full hearing on the matter scheduled on Monday, so stay tuned for updates on the fate of the popular bar.
