My Upper West reader Jason was at 108th and Central Park West when he found a lost dog on Saturday.  The dog had a black leash but no identification on the collar (other than a blue rabies vaccine tag).  The dog was a small Pekingnese, Shih Tzu, or similar breed, with light brown fur.  It was brought to the New York City Animal Shelter on 110th between 1st and 2nd.

If you might know who has lost this dog, please forward on the information about the dog’s current location at the shelter… nobody wants to see a loved dog get lost in the shelter system!
