Earth Day at Whole Foods

whole-foods-uwsCome to the Whole Foods Market in Columbus Square (Columbus and 97th) tomorrow to celebrate Earth Day at a Gold LEED building.  The store, less than a year old, is the first LEED Certified grocery store in New York City, getting the sought-after Gold certification.  Events to celebrate are free, taking place from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm, and include a panel discussion on green building, a green building expo, green store tours, and a green vendor fair.
