Law & Order star Anthony Anderson has rented a two-bedroom while American Pie beauty Shannon Elizabeth has rented a one-bedroom apartment in the complex, according to the New York Post. The apartments in the complex offer views of Central Park, the Hudson River and the Manhattan skyline, a large rooftop, barbecue grills, a 70-foot salt-water indoor/outdoor pool, a children’s playroom, valet parking and a residents’ lounge (with a private dining room and catering kitchen) designed by Andres Escobar. Residents can also enjoy retail stores in the complex from Whole Foods to Michaels to Crumbs Bakery. One bedroom apartments start at $2,871 per month, while two bedroom homes start at $4,113.
