According to On Location Vacations, the long-running series Law & Order: Special Victims Unit will be filming today in the vicinity of 77th and Broadway.

Also, a My Upper West tipster reported parking signs indicating that a TD Bank commercial is likely being filmed in the vicinity of the 62nd and Broadway TD Bank branch.  The block of 62nd between Broadway and Amsterdam has restricted parking due to the filming on July 19th, 20th, and 21st.
