Back in June 2010, there was a flurry of interest when President Obama’s former UWS pad hit the market (it was rented less than two weeks later).

After two years, it’s back on the market (with a 26% rent increase).

The apartment is listed for $2,400/month, up from the $1,900/month asking price back in 2010.
