Free 9/11″Remembrance & Renewal” Concert From NY Philharmonic Saturday At Lincoln Center

If you’re around Saturday afternoon (to wait for tickets) and evening (to see the performance), the New York Philharmonic is giving a free “Remembrance & Renewal” concert on the eve of the anniversary of 9/11.
The official event page can be viewed here. Tickets are first-come, first-served, and will be distributed (one pair per person) beginning at 4:00 pm at Josie Robertson Plaza in Lincoln Center (Columbus & 64th). The performance will take place at Avery Fisher Hall (Broadway & 65th) at 7:30 pm.
The performance will include Mahler’s Symphony No. 2, Resurrection — featuring soprano Dorothea Röschmann, mezzo-soprano Michelle DeYoung, and the New York Choral Artists
If you aren’t able to secure a ticket for a seat at Avery Fisher Hall, there will be additional seating on the Plaza for a live projection of the concert.
The concert will also be broadcast on PBS at 9:30 on Sunday (originally scheduled for 9:00 but pushed back due to scheduled Presidential address). I believe there will be a webcast as well (see note at bottom — time might be moved to 9:30 as well).
