The Jewish Community Center is holding a free workshop tonight titled Professional Networking Online: So You’ve Created an Account with LinkedIn. Now What? According to the JCC, the workshop “will look at ways to develop your LinkedIn network, and utilize the extra applications available on the LinkedIn site.  F.E.G.S. Employment & Career Transition Services faculty will also look at ways to make the most of your time spent online, and how to develop an effective method for internet job hunting.”  If you are one of the many affected by the bad economy, or even if you are looking for a job change, this free workshop sounds useful.
