Today is the grand opening of the new Gourmet Garage, a fine foods grocery store that now occupies the space of the former Balducci’s on 66th between Broadway and Amsterdam.  Dropping by the store yesterday, signs advertising foods and specials were up, and food in the store was stocked, down to produce and flowers.  It looks like they are ready to go for the big opening day!
