Haiti Fundraiser at the Upper West Side’s Newest Art Gallery
As the aftermath of the earthquake in Haiti continues, help to those affected is still badly needed. Tomorrow, an event at the new UWS art gallery, 25CPW (25 Central Park West, at 62nd), will offer New Yorkers another way to be part of the relief effort. The Stand with Haiti photo auction and fundraiser will take place at the gallery tomorrow evening to benefit Partners in Health, an organization that has been working to bring modern medical care to Haiti for over 20 years. Come to the gallery to help PIH respond to the immediate needs of those affected by the earthquake and continue their mission to strengthen the public health system in Haiti. The event, sponsored by the Nuru Project, will include refreshments.
