The Tangled Vine Wine Bar and Kitchen, located on Amsterdam and 81st, has a new happy hour, according to Eater New York.  Come to the (relatively) new joint on Sundays through Wednesdays from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm for half off select wines by the glass.  In addition, all bottles over $50 and reserve wines by the glass are 20% off after 10:00 pm.  Nothing like a good wine-based happy hour just in time for summer.
