Insomnia Cookies, the bakery that opened their Upper West Side location (Amsterdam between 79th and 80th) this fall, started up their genius delivery service on Friday, according to DNAinfo. The cookie shop now offers fresh cookie delivery service, complete with insulated boxes to keep the cookies warm, from 7:00 pm to 2:00 am, and possibly even later, according to store founder Seth Berkowitz. Cookies offered at Insomnia include the popular chocolate chunk, white chocolate macadamia nut, M&M cookie, oatmeal raisin, sugar cookie, and s’mores deluxe, each for $1.00-$2.25. Both the wholesome, post-dinner dessert crowd and the not-so-wholesome post-bar crowd can place delivery orders online or via phone, with the current delivery range from 66th to 96th between the Hudson River and Central Park West (with plans to eventually expand to Columbia University).
