BrightKite user ShamrockTattoo reports that Law & Order: Special Victims Unit will be filming today in the Upper West Side.  According to parking notices, the popular NBC show will be filming between the approximate hours of 3:00 pm and 4:00 am, Friday, July 10th (today).  The shoot will take place in or near the area bordered by 110th and 112th, and around Broadway, Amsterdam, and Riverside Drive.
