Limited Tix Still Available For Tuesday Night’s “Unsung Heroes Of The UWS” Awards Ceremony


LandmarkWest, a local non-profit organization dedicated to preserving the Upper West Side, is holding their annual “Unsung Heroes” awards ceremony tomorrow night.
The ceremony aims to honor “a band of worthy souls whose impressive works for historic preservation outlive them, continuing to shape the Upper West Side and our city for the better.”
Limited tickets are still available and it’s a great way to both support the organization as well as learn some UWS history.
Pat Kiernan, the morning anchor on NY1, will serve as Master of Ceremonies. Mr. Kiernan is both a local activist and an Upper West Sider.

The event takes place tomorrow (Tuesday, 6/12) from 7:00 – 9:00 pm at the Beacon Theatre (2124 Broadway, between 74th & 75th, and the host of last night’s 66th Annual Tony Awards).
