A local Upper West Sider lost her dog and needs your help.  Isabella is a beautiful little Teacup Yorkshire Terrier.  She is  11 months old and petite at only 3 pounds.  Also, she requires heart medication, so the sooner she can return to her owner, the better.  Her owner is offering a $2,500 reward for Isabella’s return.  If you see Isabella or have any information about her whereabouts, please call her owner at 917.837.1538.  Click through for more photos of Isabella.
