The next Central Park camp-out is just around the corner and the lottery for one of the coveted 30 available spots is going on throughout the day today. If you’ve got kids or know anyone who does, this is a great event.

The actual camp-out event will take place from 6 pm Saturday, July 2nd, to 7 am, Sunday July 3rd.

As I wrote in the post about the previous lottery earlier this month, I’m pretty sure this is an event for families. If you’re an adult that wants to do this alone, it’s called being “homeless” and you’re more than welcome to try it any night of the year.
