Low-Flying Trapeze Class Starts at the JCC on Sunday
Aspiring circus performers and anyone looking to get fit in a fun way should mark Sunday on their calendars… the Jewish Community Center (Amsterdam at 76th) is starting a weekly series of low-flying trapeze classes. Come to the fourth floor fitness studio to gain strength with grace with this new and exciting fitness art form, sure to improve your posture and develop arm, shoulder, and core strength. The weekly classes are open to all (non-JCC members have a slightly higher rate) and are taught by Julie Ludwick, director of Fly by Night Theater Co.
