“Mom’s Night Out” On The Upper West Side Tonight
Slightly short notice, but this just came to my attention (thanks to MUW reader Karen).
TaROO is hosting a “Mom’s Night Out” this evening, featuring wine, champagne, food, and complementary makeovers.
You can find additional details on TaROO’s Facebook page. 20% of the proceeds will be donated to the The International Preschools (IPS), which has a location on West 76th.
As stated in the flyer above, if you purchase any items you’ll automatically be entered to win a $500 gift basket. Additionally, the first 75 people to make a purchase this evening will receive a goody bag.
TaROO is located at 473 Amsterdam, between 82nd & 83rd. The event runs from 6:00 – 10:00 pm.
The flyer says to RSVP to customerservice@taroonyc.com — I’m not sure if that’s required or not. If you’d like more information, their phone number is 212-501-0201.

What do wine, cheese and skinny jeans have in common? Mom’s Night Out, of course! Missed the first one on the Eastside? Not to worry, ’cause we’re doing it again! Please join us TOMORROW–Wednesday, November 2nd–from 6-10pm for our Westside Mom’s Night Out event. Leave the kiddies at home with dad or the sitter and have a cocktail with us as you shop for some hot new items for fall and winter. There is something for everyone including plenty of fabulous accessories. A new bag, jewel or belt is sometimes just the thing to add some jazz to your look. And, of course, there are adorable items for the kids too. 20% of the proceeds go to IPS. We hope to see there. This event is NOT exclusive to IPS parents. Friends and family are all welcome!
