If you’ve been meaning to check out the free Metropolitan Opera Summer HD Festival at Lincoln Center, it’s now or never — tonight is the final night.
The action kicks off at 7:30 pm. There’s a chance of rain showers right around then, but hopefully it stays dry.
More than 3,000 seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis at Lincoln Center’s Josie Robertson Plaza (Columbus, between 63rd & 64th).
Tonight’s screening is of Donizetti’s Anna Bolena:
Anna Netrebko stars as the ill-fated queen in David McVicar’s Met premiere production, which opened the 2011–12 season. Ekaterina Gubanova is her rival, Jane Seymour, and Ildar Abdrazakov sings Henry VIII.
Conductor: Marco Armiliato; Production: David McVicar; Ekaterina Gubanova, Anna Netrebko, Ildar Abdrazakov, Keith Miller, Stephen Costello, Eduardo Valdes, Tamara Mumford
Running Time: 3 hours
