Apropos nothing, tomorrow night’s “More Than Money” series at the JCC struck me as interesting and I wanted to give it a post of its own, lest it be lost in the shuffle of tomorrow’s “Today On The UWS” post.

Tim and Nina Zagat, founders of the eponymous guidebooks, will be interviewed by CNN’s Myron Kandel from 7:30 to 9:00 pm. They’ll discuss the “thrills and challenges of New York dining, and how they left the practice of law and revolutionized the global restaurant scene.”

Beyond that pull-quote, the Zagats pretty much invented the idea of user-generated content. Whether or not they knew it at the time is for them to say.

Anyway, I think this could be an interesting round-table discussion. It’s $10 for members and $15 for non-members. The event is also supported by Zabar’s.
