Wrote about this in the morning post, but things can get lost in there sometimes and I figured it was worth another mention — The New York Grand Opera is giving a free performance of Puccini’s “La Boheme” tonight in Central Park.
The show starts at 7:30 pm at the Naumberg Bandshell, roughly 72nd Street and mid-Park. Admission is free, but seating is first-come, first-served. Click here for full details.
One more free, outdoor event tonight that’s of note is Summer On The Hudson’s screening of Invasion of the Body Snatchers on Pier I. Seating starts at 7:00 pm and the film starts around 8:30 pm.
