Opening Date Set for Columbus Square HomeGoods
HomeGoods, the furniture and home decor chain with locations throughout the country, is opening its first Manhattan location on the Upper West Side, and it looks like the grand opening date is set. The store, which is another addition to the Columbus Square development and will be located near Columbus and 100th, is opening at 8:00 am on Sunday, May 22nd, according to their website. It will join other chains like TJ Maxx, Sephora, Whole Foods, Crumbs, Duane Reade, Petco, Associated Supermarket, Chase Bank, Michael’s Arts & Crafts, and Bank of America while the realty group in charge of filling the retail space continues to seek out smaller community businesses for remaining space. Thanks to My Upper West tipster Noah for the HomeGoods info.
