My girlfriend snapped this photo over the weekend while coming out of the subway at 79th & Broadway. She was pretty adamant that the woman pictured had clearly gone with this look on purpose and was not the victim of some sort of pantyhose mishap after she’d already left her apartment that day.

Is one stocking a new neighborhood fashion trend?
