The 2010 New York City Ballet Fall Gala took place on Thursday at David H. Koch Theater (63rd and Columbus), and stars came out to support the company as they celebrate the close of their new fall performance season.  Honorary Chairman Sarah Jessica Parker arrived in a glamorous Halston gown, principal dancer Benjamin Millepied arrived with his girlfriend Natalie Portman, and Jake Gyllenhaal made a strange and brief appearance in a tuxedo with a North Face backpack (refusing to pose for photos).  Click through for more photos of the event, courtesy of The New York Times (or read their full event coverage here).
