Police Canvas Riverside Park while Attacker Remains at Large

riverside-park-police-2010-07d Two July 5th early morning attacks in Riverside Park left two women injured, and despite the release of a video of the man police say is the attacker, he is still at large. While police continue to search for the suspect, security is upped at the park. Above and after the jump, the upper part of Riverside Park (near 105th) had a visible police presence at 6:00 am yesterday, and signs warning park goers of the attacker and asking for information about his whereabouts are abundant. Despite increased police presence, be sure to exercise caution when visiting the parks early morning or after sunset.
