Saturday: 1,000 Cupcake Giveaway at the New Crumbs

crumbs-cupcakes Woo hoo! It’s true… to celebrate the grand opening of the Crumbs cupcake shop at Columbus Square (Columbus and 97th), the shop is giving away 1,000 free cupcakes this weekend. Stop by the shop first thing Saturday morning and be one of the first 1,000 people to receive a free cupcake. Lines have been quite long in past giveaway celebrations for other shop openings, so be sure to get there early (the store opens at 8:00 am). Enjoy one of their more than 50 varieties of cupcakes like the Squiggle (chocolate cake filled with vanilla buttercream and chocolate ganache icing with the original squiggle topping), the Baba Booey (chocolate cake filled with peanut butter frosting topped with peanut butter and chocolate cream cheese frosting and rimmed with peanut butter chips), and the Cosmo (vanilla cake tinted pink filled with strawberry buttercream frosting and topped with lime cream cheese frosting edged in pink sugar) for free! Limit one cupcake per customer.
