This Saturday, Central Park PAWS is holding their biggest event of the year, the “My Dog Loves Central Park Country Fair.”  It’s an awesome celebration of your four-legged companion, taking place near the Naumberg Bandshell (mid-park, near 70th).  This event, celebrating its eighth year, features the annual Best in Park Dog Show, an agility course, microchipping, CGC testing, contests, entertainment and great giveaways.  New this year are a children’s corner with activities designed for children and dogs, and “Dog Tales,” an oral history project to record your Central Park dog stories.  Bring your pooch, or just head out to the park on your own, to catch fun events like the “Best Kisser Contest” or a round of doggy musical chairs.  Check the Central Park PAWS website for a full schedule of events.
