Sex and the City 2 took to the Upper West Side on Monday morning, setting up film trailers throughout the 60′s and filming in the Empire Hotel (and possibly the newly renovated Ed’s Chowder House).  At left is a photo of Carrie Bradshaw herself (Sarah Jessica Parker), reporting for filming before changing into one of her signature Carrie outfits. Don’t continue to read if you want to be surprised when the movie hits theaters… Kim Cattrall, a.k.a. Samantha Jones, was also in the Upper West Side yesterday for filming, joined by the studly Jason Lewis, a.k.a.
