Starting Tonight: Eight Nights of Steely Dan
The Beacon Theatre (Broadway at 74th) is hosting a special series of concerts. The quintessential 70′s jazz-rock band Steely Dan will be playing not two, not four, but EIGHT nights at the Beacon for special setlist engagements. Each night will focus on one entire album plus some additional favorites, with three of the nights labeled “Takin’ It To The Seats” nights in which fans vote on their favorites online in advance for the band to play that evening. Tonight’s show will focus on one of their best albums, Aja (1977). Tickets are $74-$240 for a single night, with a four-pack of tickets on August 3rd, 4th, 10th, and 11th going for the price of three shows. Limited tickets may still be available for certain nights, but you should try to pick them up ASAP if you are interested.
