Starting Wednesday: Cookbook Club at Williams-Sonoma

cookbook-club Select Williams-Sonoma stores are putting on a great cooking program over the next three months, and the Columbus Circle location (in the Time Warner Center) will participate, giving Upper West Siders an opportunity to experience a fun cooking event. The Cookbook Club is a series of three cooking classes that teach select delicious recipes from a cookbook. The cookbook used for each class is provided to all participants, so you can go home and make that or other recipes from the collection! Reservations are required, and you can attend all three classes, or the one of your choice. This week’s class, “Essentials of French Cooking,” gives you a food-lover’s tour of France with the three-course tasting menu. The W-S cookbook of the same title will be provided to participants at the end of class, and as an added bonus, class participants will get a 10% discount on all store purchases after the class.
