An evening of armed robberies in Central Park last summer has a teenager from a wealthy family in New Rochelle facing up to four years in prison.

Jesse Wasserman plead guilty to robbery earlier today and will face sentencing on September 6th.

The Daily News has the details on Wasserman, who had been dubbed the “Boarding School Bandit” — he was kicked out of a prestigious boarding school a few months before the muggings.

The now 18-year-old Wasserman was promised youthful offender status, so his record will eventually be wiped clean and sealed.

Another teen arrested with Wasserman, then 19-year-old Alex Greene, still has charges pending against him.

The two assailants had been accused of stopping people in Central Park overnight last August under the guise of asking for directions, and then mugging them. Rexhaj would pull a gun while Wasserman rifled through victims’ pockets.

They robbed three separate men in a 30 minute span, nabbing a bicycle, cell phones, a wallet, a backpack, glasses, and sneakers. Police arrested the duo shortly thereafter.
