TODAY: W. 75th Street “Block Blast” Until 5:00 PM

Saturday, September 22nd, 2012

The West 75th Street Block Association is holding their annual “Block Blast” until 5:00 pm today.

The even includes food, music, a bouncy castle (from 1 – 4 pm), and more.

The action takes place on West 75th, between Broadway & West End (the street is closed to traffic) — you can read full details at W75BA.org.

I mentioned this event in passing earlier in the week because the organizers got into a verbal spat with the nearby Lululemon for not contributing anything.

After reading through the comments on both the post and the MUW Facebook page, the general consensus among readers seems to be that the organizers threw Lululemon under the bus for no reason.

If you haven’t already commented, feel free to share your thoughts. For continuity, it’s probably best to post your comments on the original post page or Facebook listing.
