Tomorrow: Aquathlon and Tune Up Swim in Riverside Park
Come to Riverside Park tomorrow for a Tune Up Swim or the Aquathlon: Stars & Stipes, sponsored by NYC SWIM. If you are looking to get the hang of swimming in open water or race transitions in a triathlon, these events are perfect to get some practice in. The Tune Up Swim is a 1.5K swim in the Hudson River, and the Aquathlon adds on a 5K run in Hudson River Park and Riverside Park. Sign up for either and come to the kayak dock in Riverside Park at 72nd for the swim, starting at 10:15 am. The swim ends in Hudson River Park at 56th, and the run ends back in Riverside Park at 70th, where an informal pay-as-you-go meal will be served. Have a great July swim!
