Tonight at Bacchus: Passion for Pinot

redwineBacchus Wines (Broadway between 70th and 71st) presents another fabulous wine tasting tonight, this time with a focus on the diverse and interesting Pinot Noir.  The “Passion for Pinot” event will explore the wine also known as Burgundy.  This wine can be delicate and light or complex and full.  According to Bacchus, “with simple flavors such as cherries, plums, raspberries and strawberries to more complex flavors including chocolate, figs, prunes, smokiness, and truffles we will experience the full range from France to New Zealand, Chile to Oregon!”  The event price covers wine, tasting notes, and a Riedel Crystal stem to take home (a $30 value).
