Triathlon Training Lecture Tonight at the JCC

nyc-triathlon Thinking about training for a triathlon? Come to the free lecture tonight at the Jewish Community Center (Amsterdam at 76th) to get an introduction to competing in triathlons. USAT coach Paul Frediani will discuss triathlons in detail, providing you with information on what is needed to complete a race, how to train smart, and how to select a race and accompanying training program that will fit your goals. If you want to continue gearing up for a triathlon, the JCC begins a series of 10 triathlon training workouts beginning Monday, September 21st for $282 (members)/$338 (non-members).
