Whole Foods Market Columbus Square (Columbus near 97th) is holding a great free tour each Tuesday this month.  Come to the store for a “Health Starts Here” tour and tasting, an insightful series that will give you tips on living and eating natural, nutritious, and nourishing meals.  From Gluten free diets to alternative sweeteners, Ali, the store’s “Healthy Eating Guru”, will walk you through the aisles and show you just how easy healthy eating is.  Meet at customer service to join the tours.  The cooking demo and tasting will take place in the seating area past the cash registers.
