Since 2009, we at My Upper West have enjoyed serving our neighborhood by bringing you information on events, entertainment, and news on the Upper West Side.  It has been wonderful to be plugged into the community, and our work on the blog has revealed to us the pulse of the neighborhood, making us fall in love with it even more.

Unfortunately, My Upper West + two full-time jobs = two overworked Upper West Siders.  For that reason, we are putting My Upper West up for sale this month.  The buyer of the website will receive the URL, the My Upper West Twitter and Facebook pages, the email accounts, and all of the site’s content that currently belongs to us.  If you are interested, please email “alerts [at] myupperwest.com” for more information.  We are tentatively planning to list My Upper West on Ebay starting Tuesday, March 15th.

What does this mean for you as a reader?  Well, we hope that the new My Upper West owners will continue to bring Upper West Siders the latest on local happenings, but as of March 31st, Lauren and Torrey will end their blogging duties.  Stay tuned this month to find out updates on the My Upper West sale.  Also, your opinion is always important to us, so please don’t stop emailing us your feedback.  You have helped make My Upper West what it is today!
