Page Six reports that Upper West Sider Alec Baldwin has been getting in a surprising form of entertainment at the gym lately… the star has reportedly been spotted tuning into reruns of his own show, 30 Rock, when hopping on the elliptical machine at an Upper West Side Equinox Fitness Center.  Is he studying his character for future work as Jack Donaghy, or just getting in some laughs during his workout?

In celebrity sighting news, actor Richard Kind was spotted at Fairway (Broadway at 74th) on Friday.  Kind, who is known for much television and movie work, including roles in Mad About You, Spin City, Scrubs, and Curb Your Enthusiasm, was spotted by tipster Ruben with a cart full of groceries at about 2:00 pm.
