Some Upper West Side celebrity notes to start off your Thursday…

The Post reported that long-time Upper West Side resident Alec Baldwin (I mean, the man likes La Carridad and his picture is hanging in Freddy & Peppers — his UWS street-cred it legit) is looking to make a move downtown. No word on if this is related to is possible mayoral aspirations.

The Real Deal reports that Bruce Willis is finally closing today on his UWS apartment that he sold for a loss.

MyUpperWest reader NYLadyEsq spotted Bernadette Peters on Tuesday evening. She was wearing a cotton sundress and headed south on Broadway past Gracious Homes. Says NYLadyEsq: “I’ve seen her many times in the ‘hood, getting her nails done, with the dogs. She still looks as fabulous as ever!”

@StaffordDiaries spied Matt Dillon dining at vegan spot Blossom last week. You may recall that he’s a surprisingly vocal member of the community.

Finally, I spotted Richard Kind crossing Broadway at West 82nd the other day (while hanging out with MUW friend Torrey, of all poeple!) — it looked like he was coming from the gym, wearing what appeared to be a workout t-shirt and shorts. Kind once appeared in a movie called A Serious Man, and let me just add that he’s seriously pale. I’ve actually seen him around a couple of times, and the man needs to get some sun.
