It’s another 30 Rock sighting!  My Upper West tipster Shari C. spotted 30 Rock stars Tina Fey and Jack McBrayer (Kenneth the Page) dining at the new Five Napkin Burger on Broadway and 84th last Sunday evening.  They were reportedly nice and gracious, laughing a lot, and Tina Fey had her daughter on her lap throughout the evening.

Another celeb out and about this week was Joan Allen.  Our friend Jamie at From Me To You saw the actress braving the cold, walking on Broadway between 89th and 90th on Thursday.

While we didn’t get a tipster to give us this UWS celeb happening, he gave us his own evidence of being out and about… Dr. Oz, the famed doctor who went from Oprah’s show to his own afternoon program, spent the blizzard around Central Park.  The doctor posted a photo on Twitter of a Central Park polar bear (below).
