Upper West Side Chase Branch At Broadway & 90th Targeted By Robbers Three Times Since June

Do you bank at the Chase at 2438 Broadway (corner of 90th)? If so, you might want to consider a different location.
That particular branch been targeted by robbers three times since June.
DNAinfo has the details and what’s apparently a choice neighborhood spot for criminals.
The most recent robbery attempt took place on November 17th, when the man pictured above passed a note to a teller demanding cash — the teller refused and the man fled.
On June 6th there was an attempted robbery, and on June 18th there was a successful armed robbery. I thought I had done posts on those incidents, but I can’t find them — details are available in the DNAinfo article.
Between these robberies and the recent spate of shootings on 90th, 91st, and 94th Streets, the West 90s aren’t doing so great these days.
