It’s baaack…. Gossip Girl will be returning to the Upper West Side this week to film scenes in the vicinity of the Empire Hotel (63rd between Broadway and Columbus) on Wednesday and Thursday. The show has a story line in which Chuck Bass (played by Ed Westwick) owns the hotel, and we are guessing that the drama of the well-dressed and trouble-making Manhattanites continues at the swanky spot for the upcoming season.
