Premium Rush, the bike-messenger thriller starring Joseph Gordon-Levitt, is back on the Upper West Side this week, and we are guessing that the PA’s are keeping their fingers crossed for a headbutt-free shoot.  The film is shooting throughout the week until Sunday on Columbia University’s campus, according to My Upper West tipster Brianna.
