30 Rock is heading to the neighborhood tomorrow… parking signs indicate that the hit show will be filming in the vicinity of Isabella’s (Columbus and 77th) tomorrow.  The NBC comedy was also filming on the Upper West Side last week… click through for a photo of the show’s star, Tina Fey, getting “Tasered” by an angry NYPD cop, courtesy of The New York Post.  Thanks to My Upper West tipster Michelle for tomorrow’s filming info and photo.
