Upper West Side Filming Locations
David Chase, best known for his work as the director of The Sopranos, is making his film directorial debut with Untitled David Chase Project, and filming will move to the Upper West Side tomorrow. The movie will be a music-driven story set in 1960′s suburbia starring Brad Garrett (Everybody Loves Raymond), James Gandolfini (The Sopranos), Bella Heathcote (Beneath Hill 60, Neighbors), Christopher McDonald (Boardwalk Empire, Harry’s Law), Molly Price (Bionic Woman, Third Watch) and comedian Lisa Lampanelli. On Location Vacations reports that the production will set up tomorrow in the vicinity of Central Park West to Columbus between 71st and 73rd.
Also on the Upper West Side is Extremely Loud & Incredibly Close. The movie, which stars Tom Hanks, Sandra Bullock, and John Goodman, is on Central Park West between 75th and 76th today, so keep your eyes open for future UWS filming locations for the big production.
