Police are still on the lookout for a hit-and-run driver who mowed down two women near Broadway & 70th on Thursday night.

Jillian Recchi, 45, and Dana Laven, 49 (pictured) were struck by a car traveling roughly 60 mph — Recchi is in a coma. The incident took place once black south of the intersection known as the “Bowtie Of Death.”

The Daily News spoke to Laven in the hospital, where she recounted that the driver “hit us so hard, we cleared the car. The next think I know, I was lying by the median.” The force of the impact knocked Laven out of her boots and socks. Per The News:

Laven, a music agent, had a broken pelvis and fractures to her tailbone. Recchi, an interior design consultant, suffered a severe injury to the right side of her head and broken bones in her leg and arm.

Recchi lost four pints of blood and is on a respirator.

“I’m lucky to be here,” she Laven, who added “Jillian, with all her injuries, is also lucky to be alive.”

Initial witness reports that one of the victims “appeared pregnant” seem to have been inaccurate.

Police have yet to obtain surveillance footage of the accident, sources said. Investigators told family that they don’t have a solid witness.

Anyone with information about the case should contact Crime Stoppers by calling 1-800-577-TIPS, texting TIP577 to CRIMES, or by going to NYPDCrimStoppers.com — all tips are confidential.
