Mel’s Burger Bar, a new burger joint from the people behind Patsy’s Pizzeria (several locations, including one at 74th between Central Park West and Columbus), will be opening soon at Broadway and 110th.  The eatery will open sometime in early August… we will keep you posted as its opening approaches.

Also opening soon is a new clothing boutique, Paige PPD, according to Westside Independent.  The high-end denim store is taking over the spot on Columbus between 70th and 71st previously occupied by Godiva Chocolates.
