Daren E., who has been lighting up the tip-line of late, reports that you’re going to need to find a new tax guy if you’ve been using the H&R Block on Columbus & 96th. He wrote in to say they’re closed.

Jim e-mailed to say that a new tenant has moved into the space vacated by Tower Cleaners on 75th between Broadway & Amsterdam. It’s, wait for it… another dry cleaner.

That’s it for tonight — I’m off to softball. I hope everyone is enjoying their Cinco de Mayo celebrations. My nephew turned 3 today, which means May 5th, 2029 (a Saturday) has all the makings of a crazy night…
