Above, the ESPN Match Truck makes its first NYC stop in Columbus Circle on Friday. The truck is hitting a different spot in the city each day for the World Cup, displaying giant TV sets with huge LCD screens that allow for street observers and diners to watch the matches while waiting for food of the 32 participating nations. Food such as huevos rancheros of Mexico, lamb gyros of Greece, yaki nadoo dumplings of South Korea, and Bunny Chow from host nation South Africa will be served while soccer fans can enjoy as much World Cup action as possible. The truck returns to Columbus Circle this Thursday (to get updates on the truck, follow @ESPNWCTruckNYC on Twitter). Photo courtesy of Twitter user @insaneINTHEjane.
