Above, Curbed gets a photo of the latest Upper West Side real estate advertisement. The Lyric building at 94th and Broadway is now trying to bring in new residents with a large sign advertising rentals. While some may find the advertisement less-than-pleasing in the aesthetic sense, others also point out that such a sign implies that the management company is nearing the point of “desperation” to find tenants. Curbed does point out, however, that the Lyric’s website shows very few availabilities.
